About Zephyr Organics

Zephyr Organics is a 40-acre organic mixed vegetable, berry and orchard farm in Gales Creek, Oregon with about 3 acres currently in production.  Most of our produce is sold through our unique CSA program that lets members choose their weekly vegetables and features an on-farm activity every week, fostering a strong connection between people, food, and the land. We also operate a booth at the Forest Grove Farmers Market and sell to Portland-area restaurants and grocers . At Zephyr Organics, we value hard work, respect for nature, and building genuine relationships through wholesome food.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Harvest Team Member to join our crew for the 2025 growing season (now through November 2025). In this hands-on role, you will help harvest, wash and pack a wide array of organic vegetables and berries, ensuring our produce reaches the community in peak condition. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working outdoors, isn’t afraid of physical work, and wants to be part of a small, focused team. You’ll work closely with the two farm owners, Bryan and David, who have a over 25 years of farming experience between the two of them. We are committed to creating a fun and fulfilling workplace whether it is celebrating half-birthdays or doing our best by attending workshops like Becoming the Employer of Choice.
