2024 details
100% your choice CSA! We offer 10-20 organic vegetables each week, including you-pick herbs and flowers. Take as much as you’ll eat fresh and skip any vegetables you don’t like. Learn more about what’s in your CSA and see example CSA shares!
Pickup is Tuesdays from 4-6pm, June 4th – October 29th at Zephyr Farm (53247 NW Old Wilson River Road, Gales Creek) – a short drive for your CSA from Forest Grove, Cornelius, Hillsboro, and Banks.
Build community with us. Meet friends while making salsa, digging potatoes, sharing meals, making flower garlands, and more. Look at our past activities.
Weekly cost is as little as $13/adult and $7/child. Try out our 2024 sliding scale – pay what you can based on household size.
Payment can be all at once or monthly and we accept cash, check, credit, debit, and SNAP/EBT (food stamps). We also participate in Oregon’s SNAP match program, Double Up Food Bucks. |

Our philosophy
We are building a community. Your weekly CSA pickup is the means to build genuine relationships. Healthy food, a beautiful farm setting, and fun CSA activities are the ways in which we build those genuine relationships and enrich our community. Join us!
We ask that those of you who are interested in joining the CSA come out and see the farm at least once before you send us any payment. We want you to know what you’re getting into—and who you’ll be seeing throughout the season!
One last thing: you should know that we’re still just getting started
2024 will be our third CSA season at Zephyr Farm. We’ve been operating a CSA for years at Zenger Farm, but still starting on this site. We have big dreams for what this will be in the future: more families, more vegetables, more fruit trees and berries, and other specialty products like flowers and herbs. We also look forward to building an outdoor kitchen together so that we can all share more during CSA pickup. Maybe we will have beehives one day, or farm animals. As it comes together, we look forward to forming our community vision with our CSA members as we grow. We want to have genuine relationships with families and organizations in western Washington county that are working for justice in the food system, and that takes time.
You’re here with us at the beginning, as we work out the kinks in our system. For example, 2024 will be the first year that we have irrigation water for the entire season – we successfully lined an irrigation pond in the summer of 2023. If you’re excited to ride this adventure with us, then 2024 is a great year to get involved! This will be the first year we are able to grow the full range of vegetables at a larger scale. We’ve planted all kinds of perennials, but most of them won’t yield fruit this year. If you would rather wait until we have more of our systems finely-tuned, then please do come back and find us in 2025.
